Burkland Road Antique Faire - May 2008

For those who sell at markets and shows, you understand the amnesia that seems to take place with each new event . . . you get so excited, creative juices flowing . . .

forgetting the enormous amount of work and resulting aches and pains that are so inevitable ahead.  (I'm currently in the post-phase of those aches and pains.)

The Burkland Road Antique Faire in Mt. Vernon this past weekend was blessed with perfect move-in and first day weather.

The clouds began settling in on Saturday, the wind picked up, and those of us under cover of the pole barn were ever so grateful. Rain held off until we were all moved out . . . what a relief!

Beautiful, fun, and successful show in a nursery of amazing gorgeousness.

Thank you Mari and Rod of Juntunen Farm & Gardens and the volunteers from Children's Hospital in Seattle for all your hard work and support!

My camera battery kicked the bucket, and I couldn't get as many photos as I wanted.

You'll just have to come to the next show and see for yourself ;-)
