I’ve shopped this market for years but just now decided to give it a try for selling my merchandise. It was charming and full of great vendors—some of whom I haven’t seen in years. Despite some clear signs of recession in terms of what customers were buying, it was a successful show. Not much furniture shopping going on, so we had to repack a bunch of it. I decided to do this rather last-minute, so my booth was in more disarray than usual. But I think customers had fun “plowing through it.”
Not accustomed to one-day shows, I didn’t get out much to take other photos of my friends from Portland who showed up. So good to see you!
Whew! It seemed to be over in the blink-of-an-eye. One vendor looked at all my stuff and said "Didn't anybody tell you this is an 8-hour show?" Oh well, excess is best!!!
Show postscript: Hmm . . .
gonna have to rethink that "excess is best" statement. Threw my back out of whack on the packing to come home. Can't seem to accept that I'm not a proverbial "spring chicken" anymore :-)

Dibi, thank you for doing our show. Your booth looked great. You are a sensational addition to the Sand Point Antique & Design Market. We loved having you there.
I have two requests please return to the Market and have your web designer contact me. This is one of the best Blogs I have seen.
Thanks again,
Dennis Eros
